Platform Safety

Coiena Ltd. is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We implement comprehensive safety measures, moderation systems, and reporting mechanisms to protect users from harassment, abuse, and harmful content.

Our safety protocols comply with UK law, including the Online Safety Act 2023. We work with law enforcement agencies when necessary and maintain clear policies on prohibited content and behaviour.

Reporting Mechanisms

How to Report

  • In-Platform Reporting: Use the report function on any stream, message, or user profile. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
  • Email Reporting: Send detailed reports to safety@coiena.com. Include screenshots, timestamps, and relevant context.
  • Emergency Situations: If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services (999 in the UK) first, then notify us at safety@coiena.com.

Content Moderation

All reported content is reviewed by trained moderators. We employ both automated detection systems and human review to identify violations of our Community Guidelines. Decisions are made based on our published policies and are consistently applied.

Serious violations, including illegal content, may result in immediate account suspension and referral to law enforcement where appropriate. Repeat offenders face permanent bans.

Child Safety

Protecting minors is a priority. We enforce strict age verification requirements and restrict content access based on age ratings. Users under 18 have additional safety protections and restricted interaction capabilities.

Coiena processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. User data is encrypted, access is restricted, and we maintain audit logs of all data access. Users have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data.
